This keto cereal is a healthy choice for anyone who is looking to shed extra pounds without compromising taste.
• ½ cup of shredded coconut
• 2 cups of almond milk
• 1/3 cup of crushed walnut pieces
• 1/3 cup of toasted flaxseed
• 3 to 4 tsp of butter
• 2 tsp of erythritol or sweetener of your choice
• 1 tsp of salt
• Melt the butter on medium heat.
• Add the walnut pieces, flaxseed, and salt to the melted butter and stir for a couple of minutes.
• Add shredded coconut and keep mixing. Make sure the bottom doesn’t start to burn.
• To this mixture, add the sweetener of your choice. Ideally, it shouldn’t be more than 1 tbsp.
• Now, quickly add your milk.
• Stir and turn off the heat.
Note: Do not add too many nuts as it might defeat the purpose of following a ketogenic diet.
