Fish Soup
(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 pound skinless and boneless Halibut, chopped
1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
2 cups Chicken Stock
1 cup Water
1 Onion, chopped
1 Carrot, sliced
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
2 tbsp. minced Ginger
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Melt the coconut oil in the Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add onion and cook for 4 minutes.
- Stir in the stock, ginger, carrot, celery, and water.
- Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
- Add halibut and cook for 4 more minutes.
- Do a natural pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
