    Haddock and Cheddar

    (Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    12 ounces Haddock Fillets
    1 tbsp. Butter
    ½ cup Heavy Cream
    5 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
    3 tbsp. diced Onions
    ¼ tsp Garlic Salt
    ¼ tsp Pepper

    Directions:

    1. Melt the butter in the Instant Pot on SAUTE.
    2. Sauté the onions for 2 minutes.
    3. Season the fish with salt and pepper.
    4. Place in the IP and cook for 2 minutes per side.
    5. Pour the cream over and top with the cheese.
    6. Cook on MANUAL for 5 minutes.
    7. Do a natural pressure release.
    8. Serve and enjoy!
