Hungarian Goulash

(Total Time: 4 hours and 20 MIN| Serves: 8)

15 ounces canned and diced Tomatoes
1 cup chopped Onion
2 tbsp. Paprika
2 tbsp. Butter
½ tsp Salt
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 ½ cups Beef Broth
2 Celery Stalks, chopped
2 cups cubed Daikon Radish
½ tsp Caraway Seeds
2 tsp minced Garlic
2 pounds Beef, cubed
½ tsp Caraway Seeds


  1. Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Add the onions and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in garlic and paprika and cook for 1 minute.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add caraway seeds, pepper, and salt.
  6. Stir in the rest of the ingredients and close the lid.
  7. Set your IP to SLOW COOK and cook on HIGH for 4 hours.
  8. Release the pressure and serve.
  9. Enjoy!
