Shrimp with Asparagus and Cajun Seasoning

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
1 pound Shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Bunch of Asparagus, trimmed
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into the IP.
  2. Arrange the asparagus – in a single layer – on the IP’s rack.
  3. Top with the shrimp.
  4. Drizzle with oil and season with salt, pepper, and Cajun.
  5. Close the lid and cook for 2 minutes on STEAM.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
