Chicken and Beansprouts

Ingredients:

2lbs chicken breast

20oz chicken stock

2 cups bean sprouts

1 red onion, cut into thin strips

4 green bell peppers, cut into thin strips

4 garlic cloves, minced

4 tbsp. low sodium, no soy oyster sauce

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients in your Instant Pot.
Set to Stew and cook for 25 minutes.
Release the pressure quickly.
