Broccoli Chowder

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 6)

Ingredients:

8 rashers of bacon, chopped

4 cups broccoli

3 cups single cream

2 cups broth

2 cups cheddar, shredded

1 onion, chopped

2 tbsp. butter

2tsp minced garlic

½ tsp cayenne

salt and pepper

Directions:

Put the bacon in your Instant Pot on high and allow to crisp.
Remove the bacon, add the butter, and add the onion.
Soften 5 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients.
Seal and cook on Stew for 10 minutes.
