For goulash:

1 lb beef stew meat

1 cup cabbage, shredded

½ small zucchini, chopped

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes

1 large onion, finely chopped

4 cups beef broth

3 tbsp butter


1 tsp salt

½ tsp Tabasco

½ tsp white pepper, freshly ground


Grease the bottom of your pot with oil and add onions. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and cook until translucent, for 3-4 minutes. Now add tomatoes and continue to cook for another 5-6 minutes.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and add the remaining ingredients. Stir well and securely lock the lid.
Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Manual’’ button. Set the timer for 20 minutes on high pressure.
When done, perform a quick release and open the lid. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and simmer for another 15-20 minutes or until the excess liquid evaporates.
