1 lb ground beef
2 cups tomatoes, diced
2 cups beef broth
1 small onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbsp. olive oil
½ cup celery leaves, chopped
1 tsp salt
½ tsp cayenne pepper
Plug in your instant pot and grease the stainless steel insert with oil. Press the ‘Saute’ button and add onions and garlic. Stir-fry for 5 minutes and then add tomatoes. Continue to cook for 10 minutes. Finally, add beef and simmer for 15 minutes.
Now add the remaining ingredients and stir well. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘Manual’ button and set the timer for 25 minutes.
When done, release the pressure naturally and open the lid.
