1 cup green jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped and seeds removed
3 garlic cloves, crushed
½ cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
½ tsp stevia powder
¼ cup water
Rinse and prepare the peppers. Chop into bite-sized pieces and place in your instant pot along with the remaining ingredients.
Seal the lid and set the steam release handle. Press the ‘Manual’ mode and set the timer for 12 minutes.
When done, perform a quick release and open the lid. Chill for a while and transfer to a food processor.
Process until completely smooth and serve.
