2 lbs tomatoes, chopped
1 cup swerve
4 garlic cloves
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tsp agar powder
2 tsp salt
½ tsp cinnamon powder
½ tsp black pepper, freshly ground
½ tsp curry powder
Place tomatoes in the pot and sprinkle with salt. Pour in 3 cups of water and seal the lid. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Manual’’ button.
Set the timer for 5 minutes.
When done, perform a quick pressure release and open the lid. Stir in apple cider, stevia, garlic, and cloves. Press the ‘’Saute’’ button and bring it to a boil. Gently simmer for 15 minutes.
Finally, add soy sauce, agar powder, and the remaining spices. Continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and chill for a while. Transfer the mixture to a food processor and process until smooth.
