2 cups button mushrooms, sliced
1 cup heavy cream
3 tbsp sour cream
3 tbsp gorgonzola cheese
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
1 tsp agar powder
1 tsp salt
1/3 tsp black pepper
1 tsp dried celery
Melt the butter on the ‘’Saute’’ mode and add mushrooms. Season with salt and pepper.
Give it a good stir and cook until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates.
Njow add sour cream, gorgonzola cheese, and heavy cream. Sprinkle with dried celery and cook until cheese melts.
Finally, pour in the soy sauce and add sesame oil. Stir in agar powder and briefly cook – for another minute.
Press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and remove the sauce from the pot.
