Ingredients:
• 2 eggs
• 2 avocados
• 2 tsp. olive oil
• salt and pepper
• 6 prosciutto slices
• chopped parsley, tomato slices to garnish
Directions:
1. Cook the eggs for hard-boiled eggs. Cut the avocados in half, then fill the middle of them with the eggs, and cut them half too.
2. Then wrap them inside the prosciutto and fry it over medium heat in the olive oil for roughly 10 minutes. Cook until the bacon is crispy. Drain the excess oil before serving. Use the parsley and tomato slices to make it look even better.
