Crab Cakes

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. crabmeat
• 1 egg
• 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tbsp. mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp. parsley
• Salt to taste

Directions:

1. In a bowl mix together egg, Worcester- shire sauce, mayonnaise, parsley and season with salt. Add in crabmeat, mix and form into cakes. Place onto a baking sheet lined up with parchment paper. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Bake for 30 minutes or until heated through at 375°F.
