Ingredients:
• 2 ripe avocados
• 4 ounces wild-caught smoked salmon
• 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
• 2 limes, for juice and garnish
• Sea salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. Marinate the salmon with lime juice for about an hour.
2. Cut into thin strips and place into the avocado center.
3. Top each avocado half with a lime wedge and several cherry tomato halves.
4. Serve immediately.
