Total time: 20 minutes
Ingredients :
• 1 lb. ground beef
• 4 cups shredded coleslaw mix
• 1 tbsp. avocado oil
• 1 tsp. sea salt
• ¼ tsp. black pepper
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 tbsp. fresh ginger, grated
• ¼ cup coconut amines
• 2 tsp. toasted sesame oil
• ¼ cup green onions
Directions:
1. Start by heating the avocado oil in a large pan using a medium-high heat. Put in the garlic and cook for a little bit until you get that fragrant smell.
2. Add the ground beef and cook until it gets brownish. This should take about 10 minutes to finish. Season with salt and black pepper.
3. Once cooked, you can lower the heat and add the coleslaw mix and the coconut amines. Stir to cook for 5 minutes or until the coleslaw gets tender.
4. Remove and put in the green onions and the toasted sesame oil.
