Ingredients:
• 2 large eggs, whisked.

Directions:
1. In a mug, whisk the eggs along with the heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat 1 teaspoon coconut oil over medium heat in a medium-size skillet.
3. Stir in the kale and broccoli, then cook about 1 to 2 minutes until the kale is wilted.
4. Pour in the eggs and cook until just set, stirring occasionally.
5. Stir in the cheese with parmesan and serve hot.
