OMGoodness. I FINALLY found time to sit and read through this new book 125 Keto Desserts. This book is DA-BOMB! I have been doing LCHF for 11 months, and it’s been HARD! I got fat and pre-diabetic by eating…you guessed it…DESSERTS! So, when I went LCHF, I tried to go “cold turkey” and cut out all desserts and sweets. (Many people say that is the way to go). Well, I couldn’t do it. Of course, technically I COULD do it, but I missed my sweets and was miserable. Then I found All Day I Dream About Food.com. There are a handful of other good websites too, but Stav’s is hands down. I never, ever thought of doing anything with my many ruined low carb baking attempts (but never have I had a recipe from Stav’s other cookbooks or from his website fail) So, Stav… whatever you are paying yourself, double it. Whatever you are charging for your cookbooks…double it. You’ve made LCHF very possible for me, and for that, I TRULY thank you. (and just FYI, I was prediabetic when I started, now my A1C is much lower (in the middle of the “normal” range”) and my Endocrinologist told me that I have the “labs of a runner”. I’m 54, and slowly but surely I’m losing weight, and my blood sugars are totally fine now…no diabetes for me!

You want easy? You want keto desserts? This is the book for you! I’ve been following Stav online for ages and am now collecting all the cookbooks. I’m not new to keto and low carb, so I can say that this is indeed an excellent book! The recipes are easy to follow, and if you’re new, you do just that. If you have some experience, they make a great base to start from if you want to make something elaborate or somehow tweak a recipe, knowing someone did all the hard work for you!
