    Peppermint Fat Bombs

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/4 cup seed butter
    • 1 tsp. peppermint extract
    • 1 1/2 cups coconut oil
    • 1/2 cup sweetener (liquid or granulated)
    • 2 tsp organic vanilla extract
    • 1/4 tsp salt

    Preparation

    1. First, in a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil.
    2. In a blender, add all the remaining ingredients and add melted coconut oil. Blend it until smooth.
    3. With the teaspoon, grab the coconut mixture and make the 25 coconut balls.
    4. Place the balls on a baking sheet and freeze until solid. Keep refrigerated.
