    Butter Pecan Fat Bombs

    Ingredients

    • 8 pecan halves
    • 1 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
    • 2 oz Neuchâtel cheese
    • 1 tsp. orange zest, finely grated
    • pinch of sea salt

    Preparation

    1. Toast the pecans at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 5–10 minutes; check often to prevent burning.

    2. Mix the butter, neufchâtel cheese, and orange zest until smooth and creamy.

    3. Spread the butter mixture between the cooled pecan halves and sandwich together.

    4. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
