• ½ cup (120ml) sugar-free buffalo sauce
• ¼ cup (60ml) filtered water
• 1 cup (113g) shredded cheddar cheese
• 4 oz (113g) cream cheese, softened and cubed
• ½ cup (118ml) sugar-free blue cheese dressing
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
