Each bite is a flavor explosion of rich cream cheese, tender crab meat, and a crunchy, salty bacon coating. They’re the ultimate crowd-pleasing snack that disappears from the plate in minutes!

Ingredients

• 8 ounces / 225g Cream Cheese, softened
• 1 can (6 ounces / 170g) Crab Meat, drained well
• 10 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
• ¾ cup / 85g Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
• 2 Green Onions, finely chopped
• ½ teaspoon Garlic Powder
• ½ teaspoon Onion Powder
• Sea Salt & Black Pepper, to taste

2. Cook the bacon until crispy using your preferred method (oven, stovetop, or air fryer). Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate to cool completely, then finely crumble.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, drained crab meat, shredded mozzarella, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix until well combined.
4. Cover the bowl and chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. This will make it much easier to roll.
5. Once chilled, scoop out about one tablespoon of the mixture at a time and roll it into a ball. You should be able to make approximately 24 small balls.
6. Place the crumbled bacon in a shallow dish. Roll each cheese ball in the bacon crumbles, pressing gently to ensure they are fully coated. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready.
