• ¼ cup / 30g Arrowroot Starch
• 4 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 2 cups / 480ml Milk, divided
• 1 tsp / 1g Dried Thyme
• ½ tsp / 3g Salt
• ¼ tsp / 0.5g Black Pepper
• ½ tbsp / 7.5ml Olive Oil

Instructions
