Apple Cinnamon Bars

This is a gluten-free, vegetarian dish which is also sugar-free.

Ingredients

•    1 cup of pecans

•    1/4 cup of dried apples, frozen

•    1 cup of water

•    1/4 cup of butter, softened

•    1 tsp of vanilla extract

•    1/2 tsp cinnamon

•    2 tbsp of erythritol

•    1 ½ tsp of baking powder

•    1 tbsp of ground flax seed

Instructions

•    Preheat the oven to 350 °F.

•    Grease a brownie pan well.

•    Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth.

•    Pour the blended mixture into the brownie pan and bake it for about 45 minutes.

•    Let it cool and serve.
