Keto Club Salad
This is the recipe for the right kind of salad which can be the perfect kick-start to your day.
Ingredients
• 3 large hard-boiled eggs, sliced
• 3 cups romaine lettuce, shredded into pieces
• 1 cup diced cucumber
• ½ cup of halved cherry tomatoes
• 4 ounces cubed cheddar cheese
• ½ tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp milk
• 2 tbsp sour cream
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp dried parsley
• 2 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions
• In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried parsley thoroughly until combined completely.
• Now, add 1 tbsp of milk and mix well.
• If you feel that the mixture is quite thick, you may add one more tbsp of milk.
• In a separate medium bowl, layer the salad with romaine lettuce, cucumber, tomatoes, sliced egg, and cheddar cheese.
• Add a tablespoon of Dijon mustard to the center of the salad.
• Drizzle dressing on top of salad, and toss to coat.
• Serve.
