Tofu Scramble

This is another quick-to-make breakfast which you can munch on when you have a long day at work.


•    1 block of tofu, extra firm

•    ½ cup of cherry tomatoes

•    ½ cup of spinach, frozen

•    1 tbsp of olive oil

•    Garlic powder

•    Onion powder

•    Salt and pepper to taste


•    Dice tofu and cut tomatoes into halves; in a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients.

•    Sauté mixture on skillet.

•    Serve.
