Vegan Keto Porridge

This amazingly delicious porridge is apt for breakfast.


•    2 tbsp of coconut flour

•    2 tbsp of vanilla protein powder; vegan

•    1 tsp of  powdered erythritol

•    3 tbsp of golden flaxseed meal

•    1 ½ cups of unsweetened almond milk


•    In a bowl, mix golden flaxseed meal along with coconut flour and protein powder.

•    Add this mixture to a saucepan.  Add the almond milk, and cook over medium heat.

•    When it begins to thicken, add the desired amount of erythritol (sweetener).

•    Serve it with your favorite toppings.
