    Pecan Fat Baby-Bombs

    This can be taken for lunch or also as a snack depending on your appetite.

    Ingredients

    •    4 toasted pecan halves

    •    1 pinch of sea salt

    •    ½ tbsp of unsalted grass-fed butter

    Instructions

    •    Spread approximately half of the grass-fed butter between two pecan halves and press together.

    •    Now sprinkle a bit of sea salt over the pecan “sandwich.”  Repeat with remaining two pecan halves.

    •    Serve. Thanks to these two baby-bombs you won’t be hungry for a few hours.
