    Easy Guacamole

    A summertime staple, this one is quick and zesty.

    Ingredients

    •    2 avocados

    •    6 grape tomatoes

    •    ¼ cup of diced red onion

    •    1 juiced lime

    •    1 garlic clove

    •    1 tbsp of olive oil

    •    5 sprigs of fresh cilantro

    •    ¼ tsp of salt

    •    ⅛ tsp of crushed red pepper

    •    ⅛ tsp of black pepper

    Instructions

    •    Peel and pit the avocados.

    •    Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl.

    •    Dice the grape tomatoes and red onions evenly.

    •    Add the diced tomatoes and onions to the mashed avocados.

    •    Add the olive oil.

    •    Using a garlic press, mince the garlic clove and add to the mixture.

    •    Mix well.

    •    Add the lime juice and cilantro and mix again.

    •    Finally, season with salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper.
