    Bacon and Braised Cabbage

    Ingredients:

    1 ½ cups Beef Broth

    1 pound Cabbage, shredded

    4 large Bacon Slices, diced

    ½ tsp Black Pepper

    ½ tsp Salt

    2 tbsp. Butter

    Directions:

    1. Set your IP to SAUTE and add bacon.
    2. Cook until crispy and add the butter to melt.
    3. Stir in the cabbage, salt, and pepper.
    4. Pour the broth over and close the lid.
    5. Cook on HIGH for 10 minutes.
    6. Do a quick pressure release.
    7. Serve and enjoy!
