Baracoa Chuck

(TotalTime: 75 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:

2 pounds Chuck Roast

½ cup Water

1 Onion, sliced

Juice of 2 Lemons

8 ounces canned Green Chilies, chopped

4 Garlic Cloves, minced

1 tbsp. Cumin

1 tbsp. Oregano

½ tsp Pepper

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in your Instant Pot.
  2. Close and lock the lid and set it to MANUAL.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 60 minutes.
  4. Press CANCEL and release the pressure quickly.
  5. Shred the meat with 2 forks inside the pot.
  6. Set it to SAUTE and cook for 5 more minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
