Almond and Dijon Tilapia

Ingredients:

1 cup Water

1 tsp Olive Oil

4 Tilapia Fillets

2 tbsp. Dijon Mustard

¼ tsp Pepper

2/3 cup sliced Almonds

Directions:

  1. Pour the water into your Instant Pot.
  2. Whisk together the mustard, oil, and pepper.
  3. Brush over the tilapia fillets.
  4. Coat the tilapia with almond slices and place on the rack.
  5. Close the lid and set the IP to MANUAL.
  6. Cook on High for 5 minutes.
  7. Do a quick pressure release.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
