Cajun Turkey in Marsala Sauce

(Total Time: 25 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 ½ pounds Turkey Breasts, cubed
1 tbsp. Olive Oil
2/3 cup Chicken Stock
¼ Onion, diced
1 tbsp. Arrowroot
1/3 cup Marsala Wine
1 tsp dried Parsley
1 tbsp. Cajun Seasoning
¼ cup Heavy Cream

Directions:

  1. Set your IP to SAUTE.
  2. Heat the olive oil and add the onions.
  3. Cook for a few minutes, until soft.
  4. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink.
  5. Stir in the parsley, Cajun, marsala, and stock.
  6. Close the lid and cook for 10 minutes on HIGH.
  7. Do a quick pressure release.
  8. Whisk together the cream and arrowroot and stir it into the mixture.
  9. Bring to a boil on SAUTE and cook until thickened.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
