Cheesy Chicken with Jalapenos

Ingredients:
1 pound Chicken Breasts
8 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
¾ cup Sour Cream
3 Jalapenos, seeded and sliced
½ cup Water
8 ounces Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the water, sour cream, and cheeses in the Instant Pot.
  2. Stir in the jalapenos and place the chicken inside.
  3. Season with some salt and pepper.
  4. Close the lid and cook on MANUAL for 12 minutes.
  5. Release the pressure quickly.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
