Coconut Milk Cod
(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
1 pound Cod Fillets
3 tbsp. Almond Flour
1 tbsp. Lime Zest
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
¼ cup Fish Sauce
1/2 cup Coconut Milk
Directions:
- Chop the cod and insert in the IP.
- Add the remaining ingredient and stir to combine.
- Set the IP to SAUTE and close the lid.
- Let cook on SAUTE with the lid on, for about 10 minutes.
- Open the lid and cook for 3 more minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
