Coconut Milk Cod

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 pound Cod Fillets
3 tbsp. Almond Flour
1 tbsp. Lime Zest
1 tsp minced Garlic
1 tbsp. Butter
2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
¼ cup Fish Sauce
1/2 cup Coconut Milk

Directions:

  1. Chop the cod and insert in the IP.
  2. Add the remaining ingredient and stir to combine.
  3. Set the IP to SAUTE and close the lid.
  4. Let cook on SAUTE with the lid on, for about 10 minutes.
  5. Open the lid and cook for 3 more minutes.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
