1 small Onion (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
2 rashers Bacon (diced)
1 lbs. Beef Sirloin Steak (cut into ½ inch strips)
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup Beef Broth
½ lbs. Mushrooms (quartered)
½ cup Sour Cream
- Place all ingredients, except sour cream, in the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
- Place and lock the lid and manually set the cooking time to 20 minutes at high pressure.
- Let naturally release the pressure and then stir in the sour cream.
- Serve warm.
