Beef Stroganoff

1 small Onion (diced)
2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
2 rashers Bacon (diced)
1 lbs. Beef Sirloin Steak (cut into ½ inch strips)
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
3 tbsp. tomato paste
1 cup Beef Broth
½ lbs. Mushrooms (quartered)
½ cup Sour Cream


  1. Place all ingredients, except sour cream, in the Instant Pot and stir to combine.
  2. Place and lock the lid and manually set the cooking time to 20 minutes at high pressure.
  3. Let naturally release the pressure and then stir in the sour cream.
  4. Serve warm.
