Crunchy Almond Tuna

Ingredients:
2 cans of Tuna, drained
1 cup shaved Almonds
2 tbsp. Butter
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
  2. Add tuna, almonds, and cheddar.
  3. Cook on SAUTE for 3 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately over cauliflower rice or on its own.
  5. Enjoy!
