Chicken Curry

Ingredients:
7 oz chicken breast, chopped into bite-sized pieces
1 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped
1 cup cauliflower
¼ cup soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, crushed
3 cups chicken stock

Spices:
2 tbsp chili powder
2 tsp coriander powder
3 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp onion powder
½ tsp garlic powder

Directions:

  1. Plug in the instant pot and combine all ingredients in the inner pot. Seal the lid and set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position. Press the ‘’Manual’’ button and set the timer for 20 minutes on high pressure.
  2. When done, press the ‘’Cancel’’ button and release the pressure naturally. Carefully, open the lid and chill for a while before serving.
