Braised Venison

(Total Time: 12 HOUR| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
2 lbs. leg of venison
2 garlic cloves, whole
1 large onion, finely chopped
3 cups beef stock
2 tbsp. butter

Spices:
¼ cup celery leaves, chopped
1 tbsp. fresh thyme
1 bay leaf
1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Place the ingredients in your instant pot and set the ‘Slow Cooker’ mode. Set the steam release handle and adjust to 12 hours.
  2. When done, perform a natural pressure release and open the lid. Transfer to a deep pot and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and cook until all the liquid evaporates.
