Fish Pho
(Total Time: 40 MIN| Serves: 6)
Ingredients:
4 ounces Salmon, chopped
4 ounces Shrimp
7 ounces Squid, chopped
5 cups Water
1 tsp minced Garlic, sliced
1 cup Zucchini Noodles
¼ cup Soy Sauce
1 tbsp. Salt
½ cup Dill
1 Jalapeno Pepper, sliced
1 tsp Chili Flakes
½ tbsp. Coriander
5 ounces Bok Choy
Directions:
- In your I, combine the water, dill, soy sauce, salt, chili flakes, and coriander.
- Set it to SAUTE and close the lid.
- After 10 minutes, strain the mixture and return the liquid back to the pot.
- Stir in the fish, garlic, bok choy, jalapeño, and noodles.
- Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 6 minutes.
- Do a natural pressure release
- Serve and enjoy!
