Fish Sauce Squid

(Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)

Ingredients:
1 pound Squid
1 tbsp. minced Garlic
3 tbsp. Fish Sauce
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp. Butter, melted
1 tsp White Pepper
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp Onion Powder
¼ tsp Chili Powder
1 tbsp. Chives
1 ½ cups Water
Directions:

  1. Pour the water into the IP and lower the trivet.
  2. In a baking dish, combine all of the remaining ingredients.
  3. Stir to coat well.
  4. Place the dish in the IP and close the lid.
  5. Cook on MEAT/STEW for 13 minutes.
  6. Do a quick pressure release.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
