Gruyere Lobster Keto Pasta

Ingredients:
1 cup Half and Half
¾ cup shredded Gruyere Cheese
3 Lobster Tails
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Arrowroot
1 tbsp. chopped Tarragon
½ cup White Wine
2 cups Water
4 cups Zoodles
Directions:
- Place the lobster in the Instant Pot.
- Pour the water over and close the lid.
- Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly. Spoon out the meat from the tails and place in a bowl.
- Whisk together the half and half, Worcestershire, wine, and arrowroot in the Instant Pot.
- Cook on SAUTE for 2 minutes.
- Stir in zoodles, lobster, and cheese.
- Cook for 3 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
