Gruyere Lobster Keto Pasta

1 cup Half and Half
¾ cup shredded Gruyere Cheese
3 Lobster Tails
1 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp. Arrowroot
1 tbsp. chopped Tarragon
½ cup White Wine
2 cups Water
4 cups Zoodles


  1. Place the lobster in the Instant Pot.
  2. Pour the water over and close the lid.
  3. Cook on HIGH for 5 minutes.
  4. Let cool slightly. Spoon out the meat from the tails and place in a bowl.
  5. Whisk together the half and half, Worcestershire, wine, and arrowroot in the Instant Pot.
  6. Cook on SAUTE for 2 minutes.
  7. Stir in zoodles, lobster, and cheese.
  8. Cook for 3 minutes.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
