Haddock and Cheddar
(Total Time: 30 MIN| Serves: 4)
Ingredients:
12 ounces Haddock Fillets
1 tbsp. Butter
½ cup Heavy Cream
5 ounces Cheddar Cheese, grated
3 tbsp. diced Onions
¼ tsp Garlic Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
Directions:
- Melt the butter in the Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Sauté the onions for 2 minutes.
- Season the fish with salt and pepper.
- Place in the IP and cook for 2 minutes per side.
- Pour the cream over and top with the cheese.
- Cook on MANUAL for 5 minutes.
- Do a natural pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
