    Instant Steamed Salmon

    (Total Time: 15MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    1 lb salmon fillets, sliced into 4 pieces
    2 lemons, juiced
    4 tbsp butter
    ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
    2 cups fish stock

    Spices:
    1 tsp smoked salt
    1 tsp white pepper, freshly ground

    Directions:

    1. Plug in the instant pot and pour in the stock. Drizzle with lemon juice and set the steam basket.
    2. Rinse the salmon fillets and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in the basket and seal the lid.
    3. Set the steam release handle to the ‘’Sealing’’ position and press the ‘’Manual’’ button.
    4. Set the timer for 5 minutes.
    5. When done, perform a quick release and open the lid. Remove the salmon fillets and set aside. Remove the stock from the pot.
    6. Press the ‘’Sauté’’ button and melt the butter. Add salmon steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
    7. Sprinkle with grated parmesan and serve immediately.
