    Lemony and Garlicky Prawns

    (Total Time: 10 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    2 tbsp. minced Garlic
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 tbsp. Lemon Zest
    2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
    1 tbsp. Ghee
    1 pound Prawns
    2/3 cup Fish Stock
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Melt the ghee along with the oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
    2. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
    3. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
    4. Drain the prawns.
    5. Serve and enjoy!
