Lemony and Garlicky Prawns

Ingredients:
2 tbsp. minced Garlic
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tbsp. Lemon Zest
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Ghee
1 pound Prawns
2/3 cup Fish Stock
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Directions:
- Melt the ghee along with the oil in your Instant Pot on SAUTE.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
- Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes.
- Drain the prawns.
- Serve and enjoy!
