    Lime and Garlic Flavored Octopus

    (Total Time: 20 MIN| Serves: 4)

    Ingredients:
    1 tsp chopped Cilantro
    2 tbsp. Olive Oil
    10 ounces Octopus
    2 tsp Garlic Powder
    3 tbsp. Lime Juice
    Salt and Pepper, to taste

    Directions:

    1. Place the octopus in the steaming basket.
    2. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
    3. Drizzle with olive and lime juice.
    4. Pour the water into the IP and lower the steaming basket.
    5. Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes on HIGH.
    6. Do a quick pressure release.
    7. Serve and enjoy!
