Lime and Garlic Flavored Octopus

1 tsp chopped Cilantro
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
10 ounces Octopus
2 tsp Garlic Powder
3 tbsp. Lime Juice
Salt and Pepper, to taste
- Place the octopus in the steaming basket.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle with olive and lime juice.
- Pour the water into the IP and lower the steaming basket.
- Close the lid and cook for 8 minutes on HIGH.
- Do a quick pressure release.
- Serve and enjoy!
