Feta Lamb Meatballs in a Tomato Sauce

1 Egg
2 tbsp. Olive Oil
2 tsp minced Garlic
1 Bell Pepper, diced
1 Onion, chopped
½ cup crumbled Feta Cheese
1 tbsp. chopped Mint
1 tbsp. Water
1 tsp Oregano
1 ½ pounds ground Lamb
½ cup Almond Flour
24 ounces canned diced Tomatoes
2 tbsp. chopped Parsley


  1. In a bowl, combine the egg, lamb, half of the garlic, almond flour, water, mint, parsley, and feta.
  2. Make meatballs out of the mixture.
  3. Heat the oil in your IP on SAUTE.
  4. Add the onion and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  5. Add the remaining ingredients and stir to combine.
  6. Place the meatballs inside.
  7. Close the lid and cook on HIGH for 8 minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
